Do AI crawlers execute JavaScript?
Mostly no. A study of more than 500 million visits found the readers behind ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Meta take your page exactly as it arrives and never run the extra code on it. So anything a tool adds to your page in the visitor's browser is invisible to them. Google's Gemini and Apple are the exceptions.

How do I get my business mentioned by ChatGPT?
Make sure your website is not blocking them, write a short passage on each page that completely answers one real question, describe your business identically everywhere it appears, and publish a simple list pointing at your most useful pages. Being quoted follows from being easy to quote and easy to trust.

What is generative engine optimisation (GEO)?
Generative engine optimisation (GEO) means writing and laying out your pages so AI assistants quote you in their answers. Ordinary search marketing aims to win a link people click; this aims to win a paragraph the assistant repeats. It adds to normal search marketing rather than replacing it, because assistants pull from pages that already turn up in an ordinary search.

Is it safe to let AI change my live website?
Yes, but only inside limits agreed before it starts. Three things make it safe: exactly what it may change is written down in advance, every change is checked automatically so a broken one cannot go live, and each change is made separately so it can be undone in seconds without disturbing anything else.

What happens to my site if I cancel?
You keep everything. The improvements are built into your website rather than added by a script we control, so cancelling stops future work and removes nothing already done. We also keep a full copy of your site exactly as it was before we started, so if you would rather have the original back, you can simply ask for it.

What does website maintenance and support include?
Website maintenance and support typically covers software and security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, broken-link repair, form and checkout testing, and a small allowance of content edits. It keeps a site working. It does not usually make the site perform better, which is a separate discipline built on measurement rather than upkeep.

What is a self-improving website service?
It is a service that watches how your website is really performing, decides which improvements are worth making, makes them, and then checks whether they worked. It differs from a website audit because it actually does the work, and from a traditional agency because it keeps going continuously rather than in monthly batches.
